Agrivencia
Agrivencia
Eighty-four modules. Four nations. One record that does the paperwork for you.
UK farming is going through its biggest change in support since 1947, and it is doing it with four divergent national schemes, a dozen unconnected software packages and a compliance burden that mostly duplicates work already done. Agrivencia is one record with eighty-four views: enter something once, in the field, offline if necessary, and let it appear wherever it is needed.

The platform
Fourteen verticals, eighty-four modules, one record
Each vertical carries its own colour throughout the platform, so you always know where you are without reading a heading. Modules within a vertical share the family; no two modules anywhere share a colour.
Livestock & Animal Husbandry
One workflow. Four national systems.
Cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry, fish and bees — health planning, movement reporting to the right national system, medicine records, breeding and performance.
10 modulesSoil, Land & Earth
Know your ground to the square metre.
The ground itself — sampling, structure, organic matter, mapping, tenure and the canonical field-boundary graph every other module reads from.
5 modulesSupply Chain & Post-Harvest
From weighbridge to shelf, evidenced.
After the gate: storage, drying, cold chain, processing, traceability, assurance audit packs, haulage and export compliance.
7 modulesPeople, Knowledge & Community
Nobody farms alone.
Skills, CPD points, knowledge exchange, farmer clusters, jobs and seasonal labour, community, research access and wellbeing support that signposts rather than diagnoses.
6 modulesCrops & Cultivation
One cropping record. Every audit satisfied.
Everything that grows in a field, from drilling plan to weighbridge ticket, held in one cropping record that satisfies agronomy, assurance and scheme evidence at the same time.
9 modulesForestry, Trees & Hedgerows
Plant it once. Fund it four ways.
Trees on and off the farm: creation grants, felling licences, agroforestry design, hedgerow management and the carbon and biodiversity income that woodland now carries.
4 modulesClimate, Nature & Carbon
Natural capital you can actually bank.
Carbon footprinting, the Woodland Carbon and Peatland Codes, Biodiversity Net Gain, habitat recovery, adaptation planning and on-farm renewables.
7 modulesWater & Rainwater
Every drop accounted for.
Abstraction, irrigation, reservoirs, rainwater capture, drainage, flood risk and catchment water quality, mapped against your licences and your catchment.
5 modulesMachinery, Tech & Automation
Kit that pays for itself, proven.
Fleet, telematics, guidance, variable rate, robotics, drones, satellite and the rural connectivity reality that constrains all of it.
6 modulesFinance, Schemes & Compliance
Never miss a window again.
The flagship: a four-nation grant and scheme engine, plus lending, insurance, accounts, benchmarking, succession and a compliance calendar that spans England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
6 modulesInputs, Nutrition & Protection
Plan it right. Prove it automatically.
Nutrition and protection under UK rules: RB209 planning, product authorisation, LERAP buffers, IPM plans and spray records that assemble their own evidence pack.
6 modulesPlatform, Data & Integrations
One account. Every holding. Four nations.
The spine: a single farm account, the identifier graph that reconciles SBI, CRN, CPH and the devolved equivalents, APIs, analytics and the partner ecosystem.
4 modulesAgri-Commerce & Markets
Sell better. Buy smarter.
Buying and selling: a multivendor marketplace for produce, inputs, machinery and services, plus direct-to-consumer storefronts and live market intelligence.
5 modulesAgritourism & Diversification
Turn the view into revenue.
Diversified income: stays, camping, glamping, experiences, events, venue hire and rural enterprise, with booking, payments and the licences each one needs.
4 modulesWhy Agrivencia
What makes this different from another farm software package
Most farm software solves one problem well and leaves the rest to spreadsheets and portals. Agrivencia is built as one record with many views.
One record, many outputs
Enter a field operation once and it populates the agronomy record, the assurance audit pack, the scheme evidence file and the carbon footprint without being retyped.
Four nations, properly
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland each run different schemes, portals, identifiers and language obligations. Each is a first-class tenancy, not an exception.
Rules as data
Scheme rules are stored as data, not code. When a rate changes or a window closes, the platform updates the same day rather than waiting for a release.
Offline first
Only around a fifth of farms report reliable signal across the whole holding. Field capture works without a connection and synchronises when one returns.
Evidence, graded
Every published figure is labelled by source tier, and conflicting estimates are shown as conflicts rather than quietly resolved in favour of the convenient one.
Your data, portable
The Farm Data Charter gives you a complete export in open formats at any time. Lock-in is a commercial strategy, not a technical necessity.

Interactive
Working tools, not brochure screens
Agrivencia is built around interfaces that respond to your own holding — mapped fields, live gauges, calculators that use your numbers and planners that flag conflicts before you commit.
Holding map
Every parcel, designation, constraint and scheme action on one canvas, available offline in the field.
MapScheme optimiser
The highest-value compliant combination of actions across all four nations, calculated against caps and stacking rules.
CalculatorBudget-fill gauges
Live scheme allocation status with a closure risk indicator, so a window never shuts without warning.
GaugeDeadline board
Every obligation across every regime and nation, filtered to what your business actually does.
BoardEvidence assembler
Audit packs built from operational records, with a gap analysis before the assessor arrives.
BuilderWhole-farm dashboard
Physical and financial performance across every enterprise, with peer benchmarking applied like for like.
DashboardChoose your nation
The rules change at the border. So does Agrivencia.
Set your nation and every scheme, deadline, payment rate and compliance obligation on the platform reconfigures to match. Businesses farming across a border see both, reconciled into one view.
England
Delivered by: Defra, the Rural Payments Agency, Natural England, the Environment Agency and the Forestry Commission.
Main scheme: Environmental Land Management, with the Sustainable Farming Incentive as the principal offer alongside Countryside Stewardship, capital grants and Landscape Recovery.
Delinked payments end after 2027. Windows have closed at short notice before, so budget-fill status is worth watching.
Scotland
Delivered by: The Scottish Government and the Rural Payments and Inspections Division.
Main scheme: A four-tier framework under the Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Act 2024, with base and enhanced direct payments and elective and complementary tiers following.
Whole Farm Plan components are a condition of support and phase in over several years. Miss a component and the payment is at risk.
Wales
Delivered by: The Welsh Government and Rural Payments Wales.
Main scheme: The Sustainable Farming Scheme, with Universal, Optional and Collaborative layers, replacing the legacy area payment which phases out by 2029.
The Universal layer requires twelve actions, at least ten per cent habitat and a farm carbon baseline. Welsh language provision is a legal expectation, not an optional extra.
Northern Ireland
Delivered by: DAERA.
Main scheme: The Sustainable Agriculture Programme, with the Farm Sustainability Payment as the area-based safety net alongside beef, suckler, sheep, protein crop and horticulture schemes.
Conditionality now includes soil nutrient health and bovine genetics participation, and progressive capping applies above sixty thousand pounds.
Modules
All eighty-four modules
Grouped by vertical, each with its own colour. Start with one; add more as the record earns its keep.
No modules match that filter.
In the field
The platform, photographed
Agrivencia is used outdoors, on a tablet, in weather. The interface is designed for that and the photography shows it.
Agrivencia in four minutes
One account, every holding, four nations — and what that means on a Tuesday in February when a scheme window is about to close.
Photography slots state their own brief until the shot is commissioned, so the layout never shifts when real images arrive.
Worked example
How a business like yours would use Agrivencia
The problem: Wanted one record instead of four.
What they do
- Register the business and holdings
- Import the land record
- Switch on the scheme engine
- Assemble the first evidence pack
What changes
- Time to produce an audit pack
- Scheme income secured
- Deadlines met
This is an illustrative worked example built from the module design, not a customer reference. Named case studies are published only with the business's written consent.
Calculators and tools
Answers you can check, using your own numbers
Every calculator shows its method. If you disagree with an assumption you can see it, change it, and see what it does to the answer.
Four-Nation Scheme Eligibility Check
Answer six questions and see every UK support scheme your business is likely to be eligible for, ranked by indicative value.
Open the calculatorCrop Gross Margin Calculator
Work out gross margin per hectare for a crop, with the variable costs itemised so you can see where the margin actually goes.
Open the calculatorNutrient Requirement Calculator
Calculate a field nitrogen requirement from target yield, soil supply, manure credits and previous cropping.
Open the calculatorWoodland Income Stacking Calculator
See creation grant, maintenance payment, carbon units and biodiversity units modelled together over the project life, against the agricultural margin you give up.
Open the calculatorBiodiversity Unit Calculator
Estimate the biodiversity units a habitat creation or enhancement scheme would generate, and compare thirty years of income against the farming margin it replaces.
Open the calculatorFarm Carbon Footprint Estimator
A first-pass emissions estimate from the activity data most farms already have, showing where the emissions actually sit.
Open the calculatorInheritance Relief Exposure Model
Model qualifying property against the relief cap for an individual and for a couple, including the instalment option.

Size the harvest available from your roofs, the storage needed to make it reliable, and the payback against what you currently pay for water.
Open the calculatorTrue Machinery Cost Calculator
Work out what a machine actually costs per hour and per hectare, including the depreciation nobody sees in the cashbook.
Open the calculatorCost of Herbicide Resistance Calculator
Apply the published margin penalty from resistant blackgrass to your own area and pressure, and see what a cultural programme is worth.
Open the calculatorMargin Over Purchased Feed
The weekly number that tells a dairy business whether it is making money, calculated from your own milk price and feed cost.
Open the calculatorCost of Liveweight Gain
What a kilogram of gain actually costs, so a store purchase decision is made on the number rather than on the day.
Open the calculatorHedgerow Income Calculator
Every metre of boundary, mapped to every scheme action that could pay for it, in your nation.
Open the calculatorSolar Self-Consumption and Payback
The return on farm solar is driven by self-consumption, not by generation. This works out both.
Open the calculatorAnnual Forage Budget
Balance what the grassland will grow against what the stock will eat, and find the deficit before it becomes a feed bill.
Open the calculatorGrain Drying Cost Calculator
The cost of taking each percentage point of moisture out of a tonne of grain, and whether it beats the drying deduction.
Open the calculatorSpray Buffer Zone Checker
Work out the no-spray distance required for a product next to a watercourse, and whether a reduction applies.

What we are hearing
The problems people describe to us
These are composite statements drawn from user research conversations, not attributed customer quotes. We publish named references only with written consent.
I am not short of software. I am short of one place where the same field means the same thing in all of it.
The scheme closed on a Tuesday evening. I had the application half built. Nobody told me the budget was nearly gone.
We farm on both sides of the border. Everything takes twice as long and I still cannot see the whole position on one screen.
Audit week costs me three days. Every single record they ask for is already written down somewhere on this farm.
